Real estate roundup: EDF leases downtown space
One Real Estate Investment, a Miami-based firm led by Jeronimo Hirschfeld, has acquired the Winding Trails Apartments, a 438-unit complex at 10300 Wilcrest.
EDF Trading North America, EDF Energy Services and affiliates have leased approximately 60,000 square feet at 601 Travis across from JPMorgan Chase Tower. Matt Dickson and Kevin Kushner of CBRE represented EDF. Paula Bruns and Michael Anderson of Colvill Office Properties represented the landlord, Texas Tower Limited Partnership. EDF will relocate to the 20-story downtown building from offices at 4700 W. Sam Houston Parkway near Clay Road.

American Liberty Hospitality, a hotel management and development company led by Nick and Vicki Massad, has leased 6,698 square feet at 2901 Wilcrest. Dan Boyles Jr. and Liz Westcott-Brown of NAI Partners represented the tenant. Evelyn Ward of Transwestern represented the landlord, Soluxe International USA.
VacOne Services has leased 31,512 square feet of industrial space at 5114 Railroad Street, Deer Park. Travis Secor and Ryan Fuselier of JLL represented the tenant. John Ferruzzo and Chris Kugle of NAI Partners represented the landlord, 5114 Railroad, LLC.
Roy USA has leased 33,803 square feet at 2300 Quitman Road. Jon Lumicao represented the landlord, Hartman Income REIT.
Saltgrass has purchased 1.7 acres at the southeast corner of Sam Houston Tollway and Spencer Highway in Pasadena. Pete Stewart of Pete Stewart Properties represented the buyer. Marshall Clinkscales of Colliers International represented the seller, Latour Partners.
Jason O&G Equipment has leased 10,776 square feet of warehouse space at 11606 Canyon Trail Drive. Rusty Burress of Four Seasons Development Co. represented the landlord, Four Seasons Business Park II. George Montes of Cypressbrook Co. represented the tenant.
Fort Worth-based Civitas Senior Living has acquired Oyster Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care, an 87-unit community at 3505 FM 1092 in Missouri City. The community opened in 2011.
TPMC Realty Corp. has hired CBRE to handle leasing of the Park Towers North and South buildings at 1233 and 1333 W. Loop South. The buildings, which have about 350,000 square feet of space available, recently underwent a $16 million redevelopment. Warren Savery and Jason Presley will handle the assignment.
